No, they were just tossers about it. I wouldn't have used them, but I had a tyre go about 200m from their place in Bicester and the next morning was due to go to Truro, so needed a replacement in a hurry.

Perp, I'm not convinced they have a very rigorous recruitment procedure in Kwik-fit. I've never met anyone I'm completely happy letting loose on my tyres. But they're everywhere and handy.
